I have a network of 20 computers and about 3 miles down the road I have a network of 5 computers and I want to link the 5 to my 20 using two rv016's

I have the vpn link up and I can ping across it but I can not telnet or ping by name only ip address.

On the 20 side I have a router besides the rv016 and I put a rule pointing all traffic to 192.168.2.0 to 192.168.10.20(ip address of the 20 side rv016)

On the 5 side the rv016 is the only device.

should the rv016 be set to router or gateway?

what else should I look for?

Thanks

I've always had them as the only edge device....is there a reason you have a router in front of it?
Can the local tools on each RV0 get replies from pinging the LAN IP of the "other" router on the other end?
Does the VPN tunnel status show as "up"?
