I've been having issues with my old .40 merlin firmware and having my WGA600N gaming adapter stay connected. The problem was, it would randomly disconnect after a couple days. I have since downgraded to .31 (SDK5) and the issue has went away. It has been stable for weeks now. I'm currently on an even older version, .270.26b (for other reasons) and it too is still stable.

Not a question, but just wanted to share some feedback for anyone having connection issues with this device. SDK5 really is more stable in my case.

You should try the 374.35_4-sdk5 merlin build. It uses the original sdk 5 driver.

That was also something I was going to try, but read about how 270.26b was pretty popular for stability. So far it's been great, and the troubles I had with not only the WGA600N but my old HTC Incredible 2 also disconnecting after a couple days seems to have gone away.

I asked this in another thread but it seems to have fizzled out, but my main curiousity is if there's any real wifi performance difference between something like .35_4 and 270.26b, seeing that both use SDK5 and both use the "270 drivers", according to merlin. Given those similarities, what is the difference in terms of just wireless performance (or in my case, when used as just a AP).
