I'm on Merlin 380.57 with an Asus AC68U (80Mhz) and am interested in using a SmartDNS and would like it to work with only the tv.
I thought I could use the DNS Filtering, but ran into problems (which may have been unrelated?) to the point that I reset the router and it all works well again.
So ... before I go down this road again, does anyone have advise as to how they've set up a SmartDNS service so that only the tv uses that DNS? Do I just enable DNS filtering(as below), and put one of the SmartDNS IPs into Custom 1, and add the tv, using Custom 1 as the filter? Has anyone else set up SmartDNS to work exclusively with tv?
