Site loading issues with Netgear 781s tethered to RT-AC68U

New Around Here
I have the latest (380.63) Merlin running on an RT-AC68U. I tethered a 781s hotspot to the router and things appeared to be running ok.

However, I have noticed that some sites will not load properly with this configuration. I have confirmed that there is no problem when connected directly to the hotspot (either via usb or over wifi). Sometimes I can get the page to load by constantly refreshing. Other times not at all. Things seem to be worse from an iPad.

One example of a site that I am having problems with is:
https://service.ringcentral.com

I tried lowering the usb mtu to 1400, which ~may~ have made a slight difference, but I am not really sure as I am still having loading issues. It definitely seems that https sites are more susceptible to this issue.

Can anyone with a similar configuration test this out to see if you have the same issue? Any ideas on how to fix this? I am stumped!

try clearing the browser cache or try a different browser , this is always the first thing i do if things like this start to happen

unfortunately this problem persists on multiple devices. on my ipad for example, i can load the page without an issue when on a cellular connection, but when on wifi (through the hotspot) it won't load...
