Skynet Skynet not starting / can't edit white list

Hey guys, I was trying to add something into my whitelist on Skynet and I couldn't get into it.
Not sure what happened but even loading the menu takes a while (about 1-2 minutes) and it'll show me:
Internet-Connectivity | [Failed]
IPSets | [Failed]
IPTables Rules | [Failed]
I'll try to get into the whitelist and I'll get this:
[*] Skynet Not Running - Exiting
And I'll just have to go back into it again...
It also alerts me sometimes that I have might have a "lock file" - not sure what this means

I had this issue on 384.19 - still happening on 386.1 b3 on an AX88U.
I've rebooted a couple times and reinstalled skynet with no resolution

Has anyone ran into this or know what's going on?

Pretty sure that means you have write protected the USB drive with skynet on, possibly in the NETWORK Place Samba share settings. As for the rest of it not sure.

Sounds like it could be a failing usb. I would use a new one and start fresh and see if that works.

The lockfile exists when first booting the router. It clears after 1-3 minutes. If the router has been booted for over 10 minutes and Skynet is still telling you there's a lockfile, something is funny.

Always suspect your thumbdrive first if things are acting goofy.

Yeah somethings weird, was booted for longer than 4 hours when I first noticed. I think it initially started after I added something to the white list. Also noticed skynet webui is gone. Trying a new thumb drive today

I went ahead and did a full factory reset and used a new usb drive...
I'm not getting that "lock file" message but i'm still having the same issues
In my sys log i'm getting "Jan 26 00:41:34 Skynet: [*] Connection Error Detected - Exiting"
Also with the same errors i posted above... any idea?
When I installed diversion it also told me I didn't have internet connectivity - but I hit continue anyway and it installed correctly (looks like i wasn't able to ping cloudflare or google)
I don't have them blocked anywhere - could my ISP be the problem?

Can you manually ping Cloudflare and Google?
You might try an @L&LD full M&M reset.

Not really anything interesting other than after installing skynet it gets flooded with kernel drops along with skynet initiating... then stopping due to a connection error. I’m getting 100% packet loss when I try to ping cloud flare and google. This happens with my firewall enabled and disabled (if that matters). As for the M&M reset... I’ve already done something similar except for the jffs reboot and the 4G step. Is it likely doing this would change anything? I think this all happened right after I added a smart scale to my skynets whitelist a week ago.

Looks like it's resolved for now... went ahead and did a full M&M reset although my ax88u "bricked" for an hour on me after rebooting from "enabling custom jffs scripts"... successfully running skynet and diversion with no issues for now.
Not sure what caused the issue, thanks for the help @JaimeZX
