slow adsl and high ping thanks to download master?

i ve upgraded my rtn66u with the last firmware and i dont know why after few day of use i ve slow adsl connection. tryed to reinstall all.
My router is linked at a digic combo cx in full bridge mode
on router no ddns no aidisk and bla bla bla
just switched on download master samba and ftp transfer and fixed 20 mhz and channel 6 for 2.4mhz and 20/40mhz and channel 36 for 5ghz.
oh i linked an usbdisk wd of 500gb and when i switched off download master (however without torrents running and seeding) ping and low connection gone.
weird never had problem before and first time installed new firmware i tryed all function enabled without issues..

I bet you have aMule enabled, and it's actively sharing files from your HDD, with people accessing those files. Check under Download Master, one of the tabs has an On/Off option for aMule.

no ..i have never used emule from download master or pc and havent emulink on my hd this is why i say it s weird

But did you make sure it was disabled? I believe it gets enabled by default when you install Download Master.
