I just checked this on my system.

Other than having older ones from previous firmware's listed which I just removed.

Mine is also set to port 80.

However I have no issues I have a Samsung Smart TV.

I have a HTPC running Kodi and from Samsung Smart Link on the TV it see's Kodi and I'm able to stream without any issues.

I agree with @Makaveli, it's correct as is. On my Win10 PCs, the device properties dialogue has 3 tabs: it's showing port 80 on the 'UPnP' tab, but port 8200 on the 'Hardware' tab. I think the port 80 reference points to the Web GUI for configuration (which is indeed the http URL for the router's config page). Confusing, I agree.

Bottom line, my minidlna server works fine, always has, with it set this way.

Correct. You can see this by going ot Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers, and check the Properties from there.
