Bec I want to setup to use script like boot up thing "/jffs/scripts/init-start" i tried many times not working.

Have you tried setting "Format JFFS partition at next boot" to Yes, hit Apply and then reboot?

There isnt any on/off for jffs its always on by default.

i did tried add in services-start where in /jffs/scripts/ :

Code:
#!/bin/sh

/opt/bin/nzbget -D -c /opt/etc/nzbget.conf

but its not working when boot.. i tried manual run it was working.

The USB disk isn't mounted yet by the time services-start runs.

i already mount usb 16GB TOSHIBA flash drive.

which one i put in init-start or services-start? or what you suggest?
Try the 'post-mount' script (the mount point is passed as a parameter so you start scripts which may be unique to each disk)
