New Around Here
Hello,

I am IT engeener, but mainly software developer and I have rather small experience in networking.

I purchased Asus RT-N66U WLAN router and I have a simple question: Is there any firmware (vendor's, Merlin, dd-wrt or tomato) that has a feature to show the reason the client connection is failed?

I have had some problems with my Brother WiFi-enabled printer. I realized that there are two options in vendor's setting of the router that may have some influence, but is there any log feature at the router that could show some error code and reason why client have been rejected?

with best regards Olek
