[Speeds] ASUS RT68U media bridge mode with ASUS AX88U main router

Hi all,

I have been using ASUS AX88U as the main router and ASUS RT68U as a media bridge router. Both routers are dual-band. Max speed I get on RT68U is 120 Mbps.

• AX88U is on RMerlin Firmware v387.18
• RT68U on ASUS v3.0.0.4.385_20630-ged5e4c3 firmware
• RT68U shows Link rate: 526.5 Mbps and RSSI: -57 dBm
  Mbps; AX88U says 531/468 Mbps (Tx/Rx rate)

Which Wireless settings do I need to apply on AX88U to get the expected speeds of 300+ Mbps. If you need a screenshot of settings, I can link it.

Try placing the routers closer to each other; or buy another AX router with tri-band; or hardwire you devices to the router with long Cat 6 cables.

Experiment until you find a setup that works!
