Hi all.
Just wanna report about very strange spinning down issue I have observed just yesterday,
I have RT-AC68U with portable Verbatim 1 Tb HDD which is ST1000LM024 HN-M101MBB in fact (Samsung/Seagate).
The swap is placed on another USB stick as a file, also I have Entware installed at separate ext3 partition of HDD with some stuff including Transmission.
The whole system worked till update to 380.65. After that spinning down function becomes crazy: one day apin up /spin down was performed every 20-25 minutes, another day spinning down was made just for 30 seconds - and then HDD spins up again. This behaviour was observed in night time when nobody connects to WiFi as well as no network activity was present. I've tried to stop Transmission daemon - but it didn't help. So I have set "Disk spindown idle time" to 0 to disable feature at all.
Just imagine how surprised was I because this night I was absoultely sure spin down works correctly - I didn't hear a specific noise from HDD. It starts only when I try to connect to router's remote share.
Sure there is no any records in syslog because the feature is "disabled".
