stuck on FW version 384.5 on AC87U

I have been trying to update my AC87U router to the latest version. I go through the same process as always but this this time, after the progress bar completes saying that the update has been successful, the version in the GUI stays unchanged at v384.5. I have downloaded & am applying v384.7 (as v384.6 was skipped, I believe?)

If anyone has any advice for me in this I would be grateful.

Have you rebooted the router and tried using a different browser?

I reboot > flash firmware > wait for upgrade to finish > power cycle router.

Also, you may try to unplug any usb attached device.
