Synology DS710+ slower than DS410?

According to this chart the DS710+ is slower than the DS410. Why is this? The specs on the 710+ are much nicer than the DS410. Thanks

You'd have to ask the Cnet reviewer. There are no details on test method and whether the same method was used for all products charted.
