Hi, attempted all recommendations found in different forums to access Synology NAS in Windows 10 file explorer but failed. I have a DS213J that was showing in browser via file explorer but now it disappeared. Seems no one has a solution to the problem.
I was ready to purchase a DS216 but with this problem affecting Synology network DS boxes not sure if I should wait until the problem is resolved to make the purchase. I also have a Buffalo NAS which has the same problem.
The problem points to Window 10 software.
Any recommendations on making purchase or solutions to NAS not showing in network file explorer would be appreciated.
