looking thru the system log on my RT-AX88U and seeing this, and it's growing every second.
is this anything to be concerned about or just over zealous logging?

You appear to have enabled logging of dropped packets, possibly because you've installed Skynet?

Most of the entries are for port 51413 which appears to be used by Transmission BitTorrent client.

don't have skynet installed.
port 51413 is open for transmission, but it's sitting idle and doing nothing.

Then turn off logging of dropped packets if you don't want to see those messages.

By using a standard port you're an easy target for port scanners. 167 of the entries in your log are from 207.180.192.205 which is a known scanner. It is scanning you on other well known BitTorrent ports as well, like 6881.

1405 of the log entries are for port 51413.

where do you turn that off?

default message level is set to "normal"
log only messages more urgent than "info"

didn't know 51413 was a standard port, i just picked one at random.
any suggestions of a better one to use?
