Tapatalk issue, not working

I see a couple of people using Tapatalk at forum but I just can't use, every time I try to login at forum from Tapatalk to ios I receive this error

Anyone know how to solve?

Nope, this happens at any connection, Wifi, LTE, at my computer i have to check the captcha always as well

I live in Brazil, all ip ranges i get i receive this message at tapatalk and the confirmation capcha at web browser

Maybe Brazilian Ip range is blocked or blacklisted? Do you wanna me to try something?

Brazil visitors must pass the challenge. This is due to many hack attempts. Sorry you have to suffer the consequences. I don't have time to play whack-a-mole with bad actors.
