The issue of iPhone 16 pro to access the wifi 7 wireless system under the mac address filter of Asus BE88U router

New Around Here
I have an Asus BE88u router at home, which has enabled both Wifi 7 and MLO options. To make sure the security of wireless system, I also setup the whitelist of mac address, to prevent unknown equipments to use the wireless. Then I had the difficulty to get the iPhone 16 Pro, which is compatible with Wifi 7, to get into the wireless system. The iPhone 16 pro can't log into the wireless system when I set up the mac address filter. After I disabled the mac address filter, the iPhone 16 pro can log into the wireless system. Then I found two mac addresses at wireless log session of BE88u router, and one is associated with 2.4G band, and the another one is under 5G band. Since iPhone 16pro is the only wifi 7 compatible equipment at my home, and both mac addresses are listed under PHY be standard. I'm pretty sure that these two mac addresses are with iPhone 16 pro. And if I put both mac addresses into the whitelist and enable the mac filter, the iPhone 16 pro can work at wireless system. I don't know if there is anyone has the same problem.
More that that, these two mac addresses are not fixed. They can be randomized from time to time. Then I have to change the whitelist afterwards, to get the iPhone work. Does anyone know how to fix these two mac addresses of iPhone 16 pro, or probably the solution that I only have to input the physical mac address of the wireless card of iPhone 16 pro instead of two. Thanks for the help.

Hi, on your iphone, in the wifi settings (the blue "i") change the private mac adress option to what you prefer. Fix for a fix one (but not the real one) or no to use the real mac adress.
That change won t affect this option for others wifi that you could connect to.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried to fix a mac address instead of the real mac address, but the two addresses associated with two different bands are still randomized from day to day. And it doesn't work at least at my router. Is there any other idea.?
Actually, the key issue is why I have to add two mac addresses along with it physical real mac address of iPhone 16 pro in the whitelist, to get the equipment access to the wifi. In theory, the router should only test the physical mac address to allow the equipment to log in to wifi. Is there true?

Thanks. Probably, this is the only option that I can follow at this moment. But I'm still expecting that there could be a better solution.
