Thinking about adding LanCache along with Adguard Home and Unbound

So I have thought about adding LanCache to my network to cache Windows and game update. Currently, my network have Adguard Home and Unbound installed on my AX11000. I can have LanCache install on my NAS as docker and understand that it act as an upstream DNS server. If unbound is already my upstream DNS, how it's possible to add LanCache into the picture in-line routing. Sorry newbie question!!
