Have had the indoor & ourdoor version of the TP-Link EAP225v3 AP's for first 6 months of 2018 & they were working great via their OMADA Controller utility.

Then I switched routers from a flashed TMO 68U to an Asus RT-86U back in the summer & now I can't get the controller nor the separate discovery utility to find & adopt these AP's.

So I can only configure & set each AP via the web UI directly using their assigned IP addresses.
The OMADA Controller utility actually adds more functionalities so I would like to operate out of that.
Any ideas?

Have you tried reinstalling? I just set up a EAP245. I did initial setup using the web UI without a hitch. Then I installed the app on my windows machine. It initially didn't find the access point until I ran as an administrator and allowed it to get through the firewall.

Hmm...firewall setting i your router? Unlikely.

Maybe try running as the admin. I merely right-mouse-clicked the program and chose run as admin.
