Hi,

Am looking for some help as I am trying to block my router from responding to all traceroute

Can this be done ?

My router is AC3200
Firmware: 380.64_2

you can never hide completely as you will always leave foot prints , what are you trying to achieve as a trace route uses an ip address

Thank you for replying to my post, I did a trace route on my line and my modem from my isp does not respond to it but my router does. So is this ok ?

i believe as long as you have firewall / respond ping request from wan set to no you should be fine
