So I've been looking at the traffic monitor a lot lately to help document my stream speed from various video services, and I noticed two things that may or may not be documented already, I'm not sure.
1. The traffic monitor seems to sample 10 minutes if you let it fill out horizontally. I've encountered something where after watching two full horizontal cycles (20 minutes total) track from right to left, it will frequently just stop drawing the chart any more, but it will update the #s used in the calculations in the boxes right below it.
2. They use blue and orange writing in a key at the top that explains which color is showing up/downstream in each tab (WAN, LAN, 2.4 & 5ghz). Then directly below the chart the first column that shows instantaneous up/down speed is also color coded, but on the wireless tabs the instant #s font color does not match the color that the key explains on top, nor the color of what it's projecting in the graph. I took some screenshots, should explain it better.
Neither of these are obviously bugs obviously, just thought I'd throw them out there.
Showing WAN traffic monitor, colors and explanations align properly.
Showing 5ghz traffic monitor, the instantaneous speed readings at the bottom are flip flopped with the incorrect color.
Here's a screenshot of a dead graph with still functional numbers below it.
