Since you don't know why it no longer works, how about being more receptive to trying the ideas people offer?

I've just explained I tried it. You want me to repeat it once more?
Hope the problem will be solved in 380.65 release - now I see the only solution.

Frankly speaking you are the only who didn't propose anything :)

As for others - I really appreciate your help, but please pay attention on previous posts as well as my description of the problem.
Because it looks like we are going around the circle.
And also - please do not propose to do something you didn't try by yourself. I expect problems, but I do not want to be a tester of settings file with incorrect syntax, for instance.
 
The update to 380.65 and changing the place of tmail.sh script storage to /opt/etc/transmission solved the problem. Thanks to everyone.
