Tunnel through tunnel

Is there any way to setup Asuswrt-Merlin firmware to have 2 VPN tunnels enabled with a tunnel through tunnel configuration?
Right now I am connecting using OpenVPN on the router to one provider for my entire LAN network and then use another OpenVPN instance on the PC to connect to another VPN provider.

Thanks

Why have a tunnel through a tunnel? Why not just have 2 separate VPN clients active and then use policy routing? (Disclaimer: I don't use VPN clients so I could be talking complete BS.)

The second VPN connection has poor routing to destination using my existing ISP and thus slow performance. Tunneling it through the first VPN provides much better performance as the routing is improved.
