I am running firmware 380.58 on an AC87R - I have a Samsung 4 TB drive connected as a NAS, and since upgrading to Win10 I've been unable to connect to it. It seems to be a folder permission issue? I can view the top level of folder names, when I try to access one I get the error "Access is denied."

Go to the IP address, not the "name" in the Network Neighborhood...

It's a Win10 thing with the current spin of Windows...

BTW - a Router is not a NAS...

Ah, I meant I was using the attached hard drive as network storage. Not a true NAS, I guess.

So - dumb question here: how do I go to the IP and not the name? If I type 192.168.1.1 in the file explorer, it just launches the routers web page...

I think it may have actually been a partially corrupted boot table. I ran chkdsk on it connected to my PC and it fixed some errors. Seems to be working now...thanks for the replies - if it fails again, I'll be back!
