Sorry, can't help. Don't have PS4. I do have Adaptive QoS on, but can't say for sure that it helps! I just trust it does :). Games should be high priority by default using Adaptive. You could also manually set PS4 to high priority if you wanted.

Others may have better, more specific advice.
