Upgrading Thecus N4100PRO memory

In the review of the Thecus N41000PRO the author states that you can upgrade the memory module.

Any idea what the performance improvement is when upgrading to (let's say) 512 MB?
Specifically, I say that you can upgrade memory if you don't mind losing your warranty.
You will just see throughput stay higher with larger file sizes, i.e. the throughput vs. filesize curve won't fall off as soon.

Indeed, you stated that upgrading the memory will void the warranty.

I'll google around a bit. Maybe someone performed such upgrade and can tell us the difference in performance.

Thanks for the answer! And let me take the opportunity to say that I really like the website. I've come across it a couple times when looking for reviews and now I'll be a regular visitor.

Cheers,
