Is there any way to set URL Filter based on MAC or IP?
I want to block certain domains but only for some devices in my network.
I see Firewall - URL Filter but it blocks all devices.
AiProtection is also no-good because some country specific streaming sites are no recognized and blocked.
Thank you.

I only way seen to do this is use DNS service like OPENDNS put the URLs you want in OPENDNS filter settings on there site ( this requires a OpenDns account, then use Parental controls, and set the MAC/IP of your choice to Open DNS.

This is how I block sites like Netflix on PC streaming to certain clients. To bad this wont block Kodi, blocking Kodi much much more complicated.

I hoped to simpler solution but thank you. :) On my older tomato router was option to do it within FW:
