I've been having issues connecting an MSI Cubi Windows 10 pc to the Virgin Superhub 3 with WIFI and ethernet. Sometimes it would connect then disconnect after a few hours and sometimes it just wouldn't connect. When I put it into modem mode and used a borrowed AC68U as the router then everything was working as it should. I had to eventually return the AC68U so I decided to give the pc a static IP address and also reserved an IP for it in the Superhub DHCP server. Surprisingly, everything is working fine now but the device is labelled as unknown whereas other PCs are named.
Is the issue likely to be with the pc or the superhub?
