Hello, I noticed that on my Asus VLAN board, all 4 ports are green and showing 1GBPS but when I hover over two of them, one is 100MBPs and the other is 10MBPS. Is it because of the cable or the other end of the LAN cable? Thanks!

Be careful with your Bs and bs ;). Model? Firmware? You can try a new cable. Sounds bug-ish to me.
Try a reboot.

It's an RX-86 Pro, probably the cables, I'll change the two culprits and see if it changes anything. Moreover, my gaming PC got a 2.5Gbps port as well so I'll change that as well (Cat 6 is enough right?)

The 10Mbps connection device may be in sleep mode. What's the device?

I wouldn't be surprised of this device goes to sleep/idle mode. This will result in 10Mbps connection.

So I was wrong, the port 1 is my gaming PC and when it's on, it's all green. I'll try plugging it in 2.5Gbps instead. The IP phone is on 100Mbps.

This is normal. With the PC off the NIC is in idle state for WOL. You can change this in setting if you want to. As per your description - everything is working as expected. No changes needed.

There's something weird though, on 2.5Gbps, WoL doesn't work, I had to change the second WoL setting (that we don't see the title completly because Windows won't allow changing the dimension of the Windows.

Nevermind that, I reverted the setting and it works now.

If extremely annoyed by the status icons color - get a switch, connect your wired devices there, the router port will stay green always. 🤷‍♂️

Nah, not at all, I thought there were issues but everything is green when used. Thank you for your help!
