VLANs on APs

Suppose I have two of the same routers, both running the 3.0.0.6 firmware w/VLAN support. If I configure one as router and another as AP, will the VLANs from the router translate to the AP automatically?

I think I would need to configure the ethernet port that connects to the AP as Trunk, correct? Everything else (DHCP, schedules etc) should automagically work across the network?

Automatically - No. Manual configuration - Yes, eventually. Check if AP Mode allows what you need.
