Hello, I’m new to this router, just picked it up on Saturday. I replaced a 68U. I have updated to the latest official firmware. I’ve confirmed the signal from the ISP is working fine. I have confirmed the cat5e cable running to the 87U in working.

The router was working fine last night. Went to sleep and woke up to a red WAN LED. I used the search function on the boards and couldn’t find a solution. Even google doesn’t seem to offer a solution. I’m not sure what to do next? I’m wondering if it’s not an ISP setting issue.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Red LED means that the WAN is down. You will have to try the usual: rebooting modem, check modem status, check the router's system log for error messages, etc...
