Question: If I have already set my upload bandwidth at a fraction of the maximum bandwidth using Traditional QOS, is there any other benefit to enabling the "WAN Packet Overhead" feature? I'm running ADSL in bridge mode, with a 12/768k connection. .55Mb/s seems to work well for upload. Does the WAN Packet Overhead just pad that number, or is there some other sort of magic going on? Is it more related to MTU?

The overhead value will provide more accurate allocation and calculations, it won't really change the ability to prevent saturation.
