My webinterface have gotten slow on the ac66u. Don'k know why have Asuswrt-Merlin 3.0.0.4.246.20 firmware although it was slow on the official 260 also.

I have downloadmaster, sambaserver and dlna running. Have tried to shut down atleast sambaserver and downloadmaster but it didn't work. Anyone who have an idea what could be the culprit?

Go to Tools -> Sysinfo page, and see how much CPU load and free RAM you have.

Well it seems fine. Upgraded to your latest firmware 260.21. Still a little bit slow. I also upgraded Download Master to ver 3.1.0.70. and it might have done the interface a little bit faster.

Based on your screenshot, your CPU is nearly fully loaded.

Keep in mind this router has a 600 MHz CPU (which is still faster than the average router out there). Those have the approximate power of an old Pentium MMX on average. Applications like Bittorrent were really designed with full-powered computers in mind, and will quickly overload those low-powered CPUs, especially when hashing large files.

Ok I thought that 0.91 meant 0.91% cpuload. Should I read it as 91% load. Then I get why it's slow.
