What do the blinking lights mean on my ethernet port attached to the motherboard?

On my motherboard, when the ethernet cable is plugged in, there is a green light at the top that blinks constantly, and a orange light at the bottom that does not blink and stays constant. Does the blinking green or the orange light mean the ethernet cable is bad or something?

Nope. Working fine..

This is generic, yours might be slightly different, but what I am trying to say is that its all normal.

If you look at the speed column in the table it means that a 1Gbit/sec link rate was established across the cable.
The other led blinking means data is moving between the two devices.
