What speed do you get on 6Ghz for GT-BE98 Pro through a wall?

I'm upgrading to a 2Gbps internet connection soon hence looking to upgrade my AC-RT5300 router.

I've been reading a lot of threads on speeds for the GT-BE98 Pro on 6GHZ, which say less than 10 metres away in the same room is excellent, but through a wall, it's not so good. These people don't list the speeds they are getting.

I plan to set up the GT-BE98 Pro outside my bedrooms, so two rooms have plasterboard in the way, and one room has brick. The router will be 3-5 metres from where people sit in their bedrooms. What kind of 6GHZ speeds would I get from a 2Gbps connection in the bedrooms?

I have 2.3gig symmetrical speed and the non pro GT-98 and in the bedroom next door I get 2.3gig Down/Up and in the room directly below I get 2.1gig Down/Up. My walls in house are solid brick

About 50ft through Drywall in an adjacent room, with Tx power adjustment set to "Performance" I can max out a 2Gbps symmetrical connection at 2300 Mpbs up/down. Beyond that it starts to drop off rapidly.

How far away? I don't know how big or small our house is.
