Here is the log info, using the latest Merlin FW 3004.388.6_2, I don't remember this happening prior to _2, but I am not 100% sure.

You indicated in your other recent post that you are currently using stock Asus firmware not the Asus-Merlin firmware. What is the current firmware version you are running? The 3.0.0.6.x Asus firmware code base is likely different than the 3004.388.6_2 code base.

Im using 3.0.0.6.102_34314-g8ae1379_400-g562af currently.

I used the search function for "httpd Tainted" and found few results so thought to ask if they managed to resolve the issue.
