I am trying to get a package to install but apparently the cert's aren't available for some reason. I found a nice work around to get certs from mozilla's updated ones but can't find it o nthe router as I"m pretty sure that all directories except jffs are tmpfs.

If you are talking about the root CAs, there's a copy of it in /rom/ca-bundle.crt.

I got it to work with a little work around. Bu tmain issue now is memory issues. Why does entware eat up 50+MiB of ram when doing _nothing_.

My hosts file is barely 400K, yet ram seems to be going into a blackhole.

yeah but when I go to the router and do free -m it stll shows ~64MiB of ram is beingused subtracted from buffers. Also I only intalled python/nano as I cannot stand vi an dif nano was included in merlinwrt I'd probabl yhave waited to get entware setup. I believe entware is using ~20MiB on my usb.
