where is the function of WOL?

I am a beginner of Merlin firmware. I tried to wol a wired PC from internet, but I can't find the wol page under Tools. There are only Sysinfo, Other Settings, Run CMD. Am I supposed to run a shell command?

Have U tried looking under Network Tools? :D
