Solved Which firmware image for the RT-AX3000 V2?

I have an RT-AX3000 V2. The non-TUF variant. Here is the product page.

I'm not sure if I should use the firmware for the TUF-AX3000 V2 or the RT-AX58U V2. My router looks exactly like the latter, but the former has the closer model name.

There is no Merlin firmware for that V2 model.

It looks like Gnuton may have made a port for that model.

Yeah, I am talking about the gnuton (ng) firmware images. The issue is that there isn't a file specifically for the RT-AX3000 V2. Just the TUF-AX3000 V2 and the RT-AX58U V2.

As far as I can tell, they are all very similar. I have a feeling that one or both of them will work, but I'd like to know for sure before I try it.

The TUF versions are not the same as the RT versions. Use the RT-AX58U_V2 image.
