Wi-FI 7 Antennae for desktop PC

Can you suggest me a Wi-Fi antenna to couple with Intel BE200 in my desktop PC?

I really don't know what to pick. Are the one with a cable better then the ones directly attached to the board?

Before you spend any money, what's the issue that you are seeing, and what router is the PC connecting to? Also, what's the signal path from the PC to the router like?

I just have BE200 on a desktop and need to connect BE router. 10 feet apart but separated by couple of walls.

Is there a guide so I can educate myself?
