Hello,
Recently got fibre 900mbps internet and have a Wi-Fi 6 router.

my MacBook Pro has ac WiFi, is there such a thing as a Wi-Fi 6 ax usb c adapter? I’ve got a gigabit Ethernet adapter which allows me to get 900 speed.
Wondering if there’s like an adapter I can plug in for the WiFi 6.
Kind regards.

Your Macbook Pro should have a 3x3 AC adapter allowing a link rate of 1300Mbps. I don't think you will be able to beat that with any current USB AX adapter when using a 3x3 or 4x4 router/AP. For example the D-Link DWA-X1850 is a 2x2 AX adapter with support for 80Mhz channels giving a maximum link rate of 1200Mbps.

Hey,

yeah you’re right. It had 3x3 AC and can get about 400-500mbps which it still pretty damn good. I’ve got the AX-88u router and probably can change some settings to boost the speed further.
