Windows 10 PC and frequent dhcp requests

I have noticed that the only WIn 10 PC I have in a house keeps bugging my RT-86U with the same DHCP requests every minute.
I wonder if anyone has seen this before and what can I do with this? Running latest 20h2 version and configured network driver bot to go to sleep. That did not help. Any suggestions?

Toggle "Hide DHCP/RA queries" to Yes under the DHCP Server tab.
