Windows 10 Technical preview and WOL

Hello, before I was able to turn on my PC over Lan with merlins firmware, I know that it must be an issue with Windows 10, I'm wondering if any of you knows or has any information in how to fix this.

Thank you my friend, but I did a lot of research already and of course I used google, I've tried everything but I haven't been able to fix this issue, everything started when windows 10 was updated to 1049, I wanted to know if some here using windows 10 has that same issue or knows how to fix it.

You tried everything? Like what? You haven't listed a single thing you've tried.

Did you try updating the NIC driver?
Did you go to control panel and disable windows fast startup?
Double check your BIOS/UEFI settings?
What else have you tried?
