XT12 problem updating firmware

Hi
I’ve just downloaded the latest XT12 firmware and the single node I have has updated fine but the main router will not, it just Says update failed each time I try, I’ve tried rebooting router but no joy… any advice please?

I had a problem with the latest firmware update - needed to do a full reset to factory settings and setting up again as new (I know that’s always advised, but I confess I don’t always do it unless or until there’s a problem). Working fine for me now. Have you tried a full reset?

No… and I fear from what you said, I need to it’s a total PITA but I’ll have to do it… thanks very much for reply
