Hy everyone,
i have a GT-AX6000 as main router with firmware 3.0.0.4.388.22068 and a (recently purchased) ZenWifi XT9 as AiMesh node on 3.0.0.4.388.22068
From first moment of XT9 usage it often got disconnected form AiMesh, randomly, no specific time or operation.
Before XT9 i had a RT-AC86U wich worked flawlessly.
On XT9 i've tried (re-adding as a mesh node each time):
- resetting to factory def, reflashing 3.0.0.4.388.22068
Still disconnections
- flashing previous version 3.0.0.4.388.21963, resetting
Still disconnections (but less)
- reflashing 3.0.0.4.388.22068, reset to factory def
Still disconnections
- flashed Merlin 388.1 on GT-AX6000
Still disconnection
- flashed back GT-AX6000 to 3.0.0.4.388.22068
Still disconnection
The log on my GT-AX6000 says:
Where A0:36:BC:468:31 is the MAC of the ZenWiFi XT9
Edit:
Forgot to say: backhaul is wired LAN
GT-AX6000 is connected with link aggregation (port 1 and 2) to the switch and the XT9 is connected to that switch (HP 1920S), but this was not a problem when the node was the RT-AC86U
I've tried also to disable "Private Fi-Fi Address" from my iphone (a possible cause) but disconnection still occurs
Do you have any suggestion? Is my XT9 Faulty?
Thank you for any advice
