Hi,

But of a bizarre one - blocking the RO country code doesn’t allow the Proton VPN client on mobile/PC to connect to any UK endpoints - connections to other countries appear to work fine, but UK ones are blocked.

Removing RO from the list of blocked countries in Skynet fixes the issue and the client can then connect to UK endpoints again.

Nothing in the Skynet GUI logs point at any RO outbound connections being blocked - however there is a UK IP blocked for M247 in London, which is a hosting DC used by Proton (146.70.179.98).

Interesting... 146.70.x.x is listed in Romania's space... but not in UK's IP block space... yet when I do an IP location for that IP, it clearly shows the UK.

Could have been some shuffling of IP blocks, and they're still trying to catch up...
