    I contacted Marvell directly via phone call. It appears they escalated it and it is now fixed on their website. However, the installer had issues. I had to completely uninstall the device and remove its drivers in order for it to update, but it did work after that.

    I had that same problem when I did a dirty upgrade, seems fixed now after I nuked it and reinstalled and nuked again.
