What seems to be the problem?
When I download something from Steam or saturate my connection it completely drops.

I get these errors in event viewer:

The time provider 'VMICTimeProvider' has indicated that the current hardware and operating environment is not supported and has stopped. This behavior is expected for VMICTimeProvider on non-HyperV-guest environments. This may be the expected behavior for the current provider in the current operating environment as well.

Name resolution for the name client-update.akamai.steamstatic.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded. Client PID 11732.

Marvell AQtion 10Gbit Network Adapter : Network link is lost.

Marvell AQtion 10Gbit Network Adapter : Network link has been established at 2.5Gbit/s Full Duplex.

Also now whenever I start a download on Steam I get "connection time out" errors which I have never had in the past.

First issue that stands out is using Comcast DNS. It's flakey to say the least. Manually set it as 4.2.2.2/8.8.8.8 and the problem will subside.
