    I don't use parental controls. I did turn off ST and QOS and disabled NAT , power cycled and then re enabled NAT and still no go. must be some other setting i have??

    Me too, I know I had this working when I first got the router and flashed it with merlins. I just flashed, cleared NVRAM, disabled QOS and Spanning tree, power off the router after turning off NAT acceleration turned back on , rebooted and still nothing. Must be some setting doing it.....

    This would be a great thing to know, as Linksys has locked their routers down since January (at least the EA8500), and absolutely no going back on that at all.

    This .59 final has been great! With my ac5300, I turned off smart connect and went to the Highest channels on the 3 bands and I get the best wifi results. IOS devices switch automatically, my main concern is my IOS devices, but my android well does not like to switch bands, though I don't care...

With Asus or merlin firmware change these settings in Asus or Merlins -turn off or disable any Guest networks -Turn off any USB or media service Now for the settings that work best for PS4 - in the "LAN"...
