    I read somewhere that you can have 2 radios which is onef or 2.5 and 5 ghz but is there a way where can have 1 radio set as 2.4 - g and other 2.4 - N?

    Yes I did all of that. I was having same issue on .102 and on tomato as well. I think my router might be a dud.

    .108 is not stable for me. Just wondering what WPA Encryption method are you guys using. I been using wpa2 aes and after 12 or more hours the router tends to reboot and wifi is dropped. So I'm gonna try wpa auto-personal with TKIP/AES and see that solves the issue.

    I gave it chance last night since I was having issues w/ .102 where after 36 hrs the router would drop all wifi connections and only way to get wifi back up is to reboot it. This happened twice so I loaded toastman on and so far its working well but I did notice range is little shorter than .102

    Opened utilities / network utilities and I'm showing link speed @ 144Mbs. Should this be showing 300 instead and if so how am i supposed to get this on my macair. also yes did change bw channel to 40.

    Well I did change it to 40mhz channel and was getting much lower speeds. The laptop i have is a Macbook AIR late 2011 ver. I have not really looked around in the wifi settings on my laptop thou. I assume need to change some settings on the router? Will try your other suggestions...

    wifi speeds low? I'm getting low transfer speeds via wifi from my server transferring 25GB mkv file to laptop (wifi) - 3mb/sec compared to wired 30/mb. My wifi is N using 2.5 ghz which is around 216mb max according to issid, so shouldn't I be getting higher speeds?
